September Boot Prints: Tiffany Paino

Each month, our Good Stewards receive a copy of Boot Prints, an internal company newsletter. In every issue, one employee is spotlighted. Our spotlighted employee for September is Tiffany Paino! Tiffany is a Marketing Specialist who works from our headquarters location in southern Minnesota. She joined Good Steward Consulting in July of 2021. Learn more about her below! 

Q: What does being a Good Steward mean to you? 

A: Being a Good Steward means being in tune with the needs and personality of your community and the communities you work in and investing in them with G.R.A.C.E. and intention. It means communicating honestly through personal connection and actively listening to people even when we may disagree. In the end, being a Good Steward here at GSC is a lot like being a good steward of land. Nurture the soil, plant the seeds, tend to their growth, and celebrate sustainability in the harvest. 

Q: What is your favorite part of working at our company? 

A: The people. This is the most amazing group of people I have ever had the honor of working with and our Leadership Team is top notch.

Q: What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job? 

A: Communicating online in an official capacity is an uphill battle. On the internet, people can make outrageous claims with impunity, but when we are putting out information on behalf of a company or project, an incredible amount of research and fact checking has to go into every claim we make. It would take an eternity to respond to every false assertion someone posts, and even then, the facts likely wouldn’t alter their perceptions. Having information available online is important, but debating in the comments section will get you nowhere.

Q: How long have you been with the company? 

A: I started at GSC in July of 2021 right as we were moving into our current office space at the headquarters location. I’ve had a front-row seat for a period of exponential growth which has been super fun to watch and be a part of.  

Q: What's one thing people don't know about you that they would be surprised to find out? 

A: I was an ordained evangelical minister during my early career out of college and had the honor of officiating three weddings for former students and volunteers.

Q: If you had three wishes, what would they be?

A: 1- A 2025 Ford Maverick Full Hybrid

2- To have a full functioning garden that would be enough to feed my household year-round.

3- To be able to teleport to anywhere a family member is, so I can visit on a whim

Q: What's the last song you listened to?

A: My youngest asked me to watch KPop Demon Hunter with her on Netflix, and I’ve been listening to Golden on repeat ever since. Help me.
