July Boot Prints: Mallory Ignaszewski

Each month, our Good Stewards receive a copy of Boot Prints, an internal company newsletter. In every issue, one employee is spotlighted. Our spotlighted employee for July is Mallory Ignaszewski! Mallory is a Communications Associate who works from our headquarters office. She joined Good Steward Consulting in January of 2025! Learn more about her below!

Q: What does being a Good Steward mean to you?

A: To me, being a Good Steward means actively supporting and uplifting rural communities by showing creativity, grit, and accountability in everything that we do. I feel it is about building relationships of trust and honesty while working alongside local families and farms to help them thrive sustainably. To me, this means a real commitment to strengthening community ties and making a positive, lasting impact in places that we call home.

Q: How would you describe your company culture?

A: The company culture here at GSC feels like a family - there is a strong sense of trust, honesty, and support. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with open arms and noticed how everyone brings grit, creativity, and energy to the table, along with holding each other accountable. It is the kind of environment that motivates me to do my best every day.

Q: How long have you been with the company?

A: I have been with GSC since the beginning of January.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working here?

A: What I enjoy most about working at Good Steward is the positive and collaborative environment. My coworkers are not only extremely supportive but also passionate about the work we do here, which makes each day fulfilling. I truly look forward to coming to work every day, knowing I am part of a team that is making a meaningful impact in our community and beyond.

Q: What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

A: I have been dating my boyfriend, Garrick, for 8 years (since 7th grade), and my biggest fear is snakes.

Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

A: If I could have any superpower, it would be either eidetic memory, so I could perfectly remember everything I see and learn, or telepathy, to understand and communicate with others through thoughts.

Q: What’s one thing on your bucket list?

A: To go to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Thanks for being on the team, Mallory!
