November Boot Prints: Claire Jensen

Each month, our Good Stewards receive a copy of Boot Prints, an internal company newsletter. In every issue, one employee is spotlighted. Our spotlighted employee for November is Claire Jensen! Claire is an Accounting Clerk who works from our Headquarters Office. Claire joined Good Steward Consulting full-time in June of 2025. Learn more about her below! 

Q: What does being a Good Steward mean to you?

A: Being a Good Steward means being part of a team. We work together to support others and their needs. We value everyone’s voice and believe that when we all share ideas and work together, we can make an even greater difference.

Q: How long have you been with the company?

A: I have been with the company almost 6 months after a switch from the education field.

Q: What do you think makes our team culture unique?

A: I think what makes our team culture unique is the variety of communities and areas we all come from, yet how well we come together as a team. Even though we aren’t all in the office at the same time, we still find ways to stay connected and build strong relationships. It is wonderful to come into a job where you feel welcomed and GSC has felt like a family from day one.

Q: What’s one thing that surprised you about your current role?

A: One thing that surprised me about my current role is how much goes on behind the scenes of the Finance department that many don’t realize. I have enjoyed learning how to do news things and being challenged in my new role.

Q: If you had three wishes, what would they be?

1) I would love to be a wedding planner and decorator! I want to have a storage space to collect all decor items one might need for a wedding and be able to rent them out to wedding couples. Planning parties has always been something I really enjoy!

2) To travel to heaven whenever I want to see loved ones (humans & pets)

3) To have an Otter as a pet, they are my favorite animal!

Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

A: I would love to be able to fly! You would get to places faster and I think the views you would see would be amazing from above!

Q: What’s one thing on your bucket list?

A: I would love to travel to Greece! The white buildings, the food, and the beautiful beaches would all make the perfect place to travel to and explore!
