Tiffany Paino joined the Good Steward Consulting Sales & Marketing Team as a Marketing Specialist after having lived all over the Midwest. Finally finding her home on twelve acres in Southern Minnesota with her family, she fell in love with the property and its view overlooking a large local wind farm.

Tiffany spent her early career in the non-profit sector in program management, event coordination, and volunteer training as well as being an Adjunct Professor teaching Group Dynamics and Sociology. Leaving the non-profit world, Tiffany had the opportunity to turn hobby into vocation: working as the Training + Operations Coordinator with a multi-site indoor rock climbing and outdoor guiding company through a period of rapid expansion. She brings a diverse skillset with her to GSC, along with a passion for community connections and a drive to leave people and places better than she found them.

As a certified rock climbing guide, Wilderness First Responder, and Subaru owner, Tiffany loves getting lost in the mountains with her partner whenever possible. To keep the wanderlust at bay, she enjoys singing karaoke, playing with her pit bulls, and exploring hidden local treasures with her three daughters.
