Abby Flatness started on the Operations team at Good Steward Consulting before transitioning into her current role in the Accounting and Finance Department. Growing up, she knew she wanted to be a part of the agricultural world after several years of participation in the local 4-H Club and FFA.

She attended the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and graduated with a B.S. in Agriculture Studies. She and her husband live on the edge of a large wind farm in south central Minnesota with their two daughters, two cats and a dog. Abby enjoys meeting and chatting with new people and helping out in any way that she can. 

In her spare time, she cherishes nights around the campfire with family and friends, sharing memories of traveling to the mountains with her mom, and helping her father with his auction business. She is happily raising a healthy baby girl right near a wind farm. Fun fact: Abby has an identical twin sister and people can't tell them apart. But Abby will never tell if they've ever pulled a "switch" on people or not. She's just going to keep you wondering.
